This role involves managing the brand image, social media campaigns, coming up with messaging to convey Droice’s image, and building strong online communities of followers through our various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between B2B clients and the company. You will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop data-driven campaigns in the future.

Our proprietary Natural Language Understanding (NLU) engine analyzes and transforms clinical data from some of the world’s largest hospital systems, insurance, and life science companies, and government bodies around the world, covering tens of millions of people.
Droice uses advanced machine learning methods to deliver unprecedented resolution in patient data to generate insights and action plans at an individual patient level, in real time.
Develop organic social media content strategy, create concepts and execute creative needs to align with the brand's key marketing messages
Manage posts, comments and community management on social media platforms - LinkedIn in particular
Collaborate with Content Manager to come up with plans to create high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign
Building brand awareness by engaging relevant healthcare and artificial intelligence influencers
Monitor and Report on all channel analytics - weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based, including the audience, engagement, trends, reach/impressions, etc.
Provide benchmarks and analyze data provided by social business listening efforts to inform company-wide decision-making and ensure campaign targets are met
Stay up-to-date on new social media tools and best practices; monitor competitors and other social media leaders to see how they are using different ad products and organic content to inform strategy
5+ years of experience developing social media strategies and marketing plans
Experience developing and executing paid and unpaid social and digital marketing campaigns
Strong written communication skills, including flawless grammar and understanding of how to write in a consistent brand voice
Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
Proven ability to build social media communities
A good visual eye and ability to identify quality content
Analytical understanding, experience with data insights, and a working knowledge of social data tools
Exceptional multi-tasking skills
Healthcare industry experience
Knowledge of the latest trends in Artificial Intelligence
